Hello everyone! Your friendly neighborhood executive here, announcing a new contest for you all to enjoy!
Above this text is our site logo. It's interesting, fun, cute... and old. This is where the contest comes in.
Contest: What is it?
Very simply put, we need a new banner for the site. So we may as well have fun with it.
Entry begins immediately and entries MUST by 11:59pm (GMT -0:00) July 20th
The MCN staff will then vote and decide on the winner.
Contest: Rules
- By entering an image into the contest, you relinquish ownership of the image if it is selected as the winner. You will get credit for your work, but it will be considered ours.
- Do NOT submit art you did not create.
- Do NOT submit art you hold a trademark, copyright, or creative commons on. Unless you relinquish ownership of, or grant permission to the site to use is indefinitely.
- The banner must be pg-13
- You may use any rs mobs/blocks you wish.
- You may use any art style you wish. The mobs for example, could be in an anime style and not square.
- You may only submit one entry. However you MAY change your entry image.
- Your image MUST contain the site name "Minecraftnews"
- Your image must be close in size to the original above.
Please note: Site staff MAY NOT enter this contest.

No real way to do it on this guy. Unfortunately as this contest involves staff making the choice... I dont want people to feel it's fixed if staff entered and won.
There will be more contests like this soon I assure you. We currently have 2 codes, I plan to pick up 3 more (one for a different site contest).
