Have you advertised your site on the Minecraft forums? That could bring in a lot of people.

Well I don't want to go and "steal" members, but I did post my video there, and told them about the accounts that we will give away. that's fair? :)

I just thought of something. What if all of us put our collective minds together, and enter a texture into the minecraft contest as "minecraft.net", we could get some major points if we managed to get a runner up seat.

I just thought of something. What if all of us put our collective minds together, and enter a texture into the minecraft contest as "minecraft.net", we could get some major points if we managed to get a runner up seat.

This would be awesome... But where to start...

Ye where to start :) I don't think I have the time to make a texture, I have a long list to fix for this site, And I have a little weekend brake from the comp now (an still I make time to be here atleast 4+ hours) But on monday I will take the hole day to try to work of that list! :)

apv, what program do you use to make the textures? i want to try making my own, but i dont know how to work them :/
paint obviously isnt the program to be used, lol

GIMP 2 mind you =p, it's free and in my opinion, easier to use than photoshop. So check it out if you get the chance.

Gimp is very awesome. I help develop abided video game, and did some texturing for it, and used Gimp for it.

Well actually a group of players branched off from the game Armagetron, and decided to create their own version of it. I joined in on this :]
The open source game is very similar to armagetron, but we are going to start on a closed source project eventually :]
