I Apv, representing myself and my kingdom, hereby issue a Declaration of War against Howlgram, and any and all whom support him. Mentioned parties will be considered open game if found within 50 tiles of any Kingdom structures or territories.

Those who wish to join my kingdom may do so as they wish, they will be spared regardless of their relation to Howlgram, however any collaboration within the kingdom will not be tolerated.

3:I help defend your territory
