hello I would buy mine craft, but my dad is such an Idi** so he does not want to buy something from the Internet, So can anyone think of an good idea for a good reason so my dad let me buy it?? :)

Well I have heard that you could pay for paypal in cash, but I am kinda sure that was in the states, so I think it can be hard! But can't you find someone that can pay for you? and give them cash in hand.

There are some prepaid cards you can buy at places where they sell gift certificates and things of that nature. They are basically prepaid mastercard / visa gift cards that can be used online.
