I recognize the animation style, I'd stake my money on Filmation. The question is what. I haven't seen many of their programs so... It's probably one of their line I've never seen. I've seen the centre character before, but can't remember where. My guess is this is a G.I. Joe quiz

Correct! It is indeed Zelda. Her tiara / crown, the amulet, and the impression of the "puffy shoulders of gown", can also be seen from the picture.

Number three is Venger, his teacher is "the dungeon master", taken from the television show "Dungeons & Dragons" television show.
